An online workspace for members of the school community

This secure, password protected area provides a place for students, teachers, and other community members to work online. In this space, teachers can post assignments, or manage their classes. Students can store work in their individual workspace, and set up study groups to collaborate with peers. The online workspace also provides a podcasting platform and videocasting platform ideal for supporting digital storytelling, student and faculty created video, and other multimedia content. All content in the site is full-text searchable, and can be organized by tags. Additionally, site administrators can oversee all activity on the site at any time.

Electronic portfolios

Depending on the needs of your organization, we offer hosting for electronic portfolios as a standalone product, or as part of the online workspace. We also offer on-site training for incorporating electronic portfolios as part of holistic assessment, digital storytelling, or faculty professional development.

Custom Design and Graphic Identity

We offer a full range of design services ranging from custom web design to creating a new graphic identity to rebranding and completely updating an existing graphic identity. We can do the design in house, or work with an outside designer. No matter where you are on the spectrum of creating or shaping your graphic identity, we can ensure consistency between your print and online materials.

Curriculum Mapping

Create an online space for teachers to collaborate privately on curriculum, and publish the curriculum as needed. Other types of curriculum mapping applications can require teachers to bend to fit a pre-determined methodology; our software can be designed to meet the specific needs of your academic program.

Align curriculum, portfolios, and learning outcomes to standards

If needed, any piece of content created within the system can be aligned against a standard. These standards can be as complex as State or Federal educational standards, or as organic as student-generated learning goals.

Data transfer/data portability

All data stored within your sites is fully portable. Our solutions can start out on our servers, and be transferred a different server at a later date. Our position on this is simple: your data is your data. You should be able to move it where you want, when you want. Using our solutions, you can do that, and we'll help.
